2. Pre-Purchase Service Commitments

For custom-made fitness apparel, we will patiently explain the customization process, available options (fabric, color, size, logo, etc.), production cycle, and relevant precautions to ensure you fully understand the customization details before placing an order.
We promise that all product descriptions on the website (including images, specifications, and material introductions) are true and consistent with the actual products. If you have any doubts about product information, please feel free to consult us for confirmation.
3. Order & Shipping Service
After you place an order successfully, we will confirm the order information with you via email within 12 working hours (including product model, size, quantity, shipping address, and contact information). If there is any error in the order information, please reply to the confirmation email in a timely manner to modify it; if no objection is raised within 24 hours, we will regard the order information as correct and arrange production or delivery.
For regular sportswear products, we will arrange shipping within 3-5 working days after confirming the order; for custom-made fitness apparel, the shipping time will be subject to the agreed production cycle (generally 7-15 working days), and we will keep you updated on the production progress.
We cooperate with professional logistics partners to ensure that the products are delivered to you safely and on time. After shipping, we will send the logistics tracking number to your email, and you can query the shipping status through the logistics company's official website or contact our customer service for assistance.
4. Return & Exchange Policy
We understand that you may need to return or exchange products due to size mismatch, style dissatisfaction, or product quality issues. We provide a 30-day return and exchange service for all products purchased from younglausmalls (counting from the date of receipt of the goods), subject to the following conditions:

The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging (with tags and labels intact);

The product has no artificial damage, stains, or signs of wear;

Custom-made fitness apparel can only be returned or exchanged if there is a quality problem (such as material defect, sewing error, or inconsistency with the customization requirements) due to the uniqueness of the custom service. We will provide free rework or full refund for such cases;

You need to provide the original order number, receipt certificate, and product photos/videos (to confirm the product status) when applying for return and exchange.
Return and exchange process:

Send an email to support@younglausmalls.com to apply for return and exchange, stating the order number, product name, reason for return and exchange, and your contact information;

Our customer service team will review your application within 2 working days and reply to you with the return address and relevant precautions if approved;

Please send the product back to the specified address within 7 working days after receiving the approval, and provide the logistics tracking number to our customer service;

After we receive and inspect the returned product (generally 3-5 working days), we will process the refund or exchange according to your request. For refund requests, the refund will be returned to your original payment account within 5-7 working days (the actual arrival time depends on the payment platform and bank processing speed); for exchange requests, we will arrange shipping of the new product as soon as possible.
Note: The shipping cost for return and exchange due to personal reasons (such as size mismatch, style dissatisfaction) shall be borne by the customer; the shipping cost for return and exchange due to product quality issues shall be borne by younglausmalls.
5. Quality Assurance & After-Sales Maintenance
We are committed to providing high-quality sportswear products to our customers. All products undergo strict quality inspection before leaving the factory to ensure they meet the established quality standards. If you find any quality problems with the product within 90 days from the date of receipt (such as fabric damage, sewing detachment, or color fading under normal use), please contact us in a timely manner and provide relevant evidence (product photos/videos, order information).
After confirming the quality problem, we will provide you with solutions such as free repair, replacement, or full refund according to the severity of the problem. For products that are not covered by the quality assurance (such as damage caused by improper use, accidental damage, or artificial modification), we can provide paid maintenance services (the maintenance cost will be quoted according to the actual situation), and we will confirm with you before proceeding with the maintenance.
6. Privacy Protection
We attach great importance to the protection of your personal information. All personal information (such as name, contact information, shipping address, and payment information) collected during the service process will be strictly kept confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without your permission (except as required by law).
