1. Order Placement & Confirmation
When you place an order on our website, you are making a binding offer to purchase the selected sportswear products (including regular and custom-made items) in accordance with these Terms. After you submit your order and complete the payment, our system will send an order confirmation email to the email address you provided, which includes details such as order number, product information, total amount, and shipping address.
Please note that the order confirmation email only indicates that we have received your order and verified the payment information. It does not constitute a formal acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel or reject an order if the product is out of stock, there is an error in product pricing or description, or we are unable to fulfill the order due to other reasonable reasons. In such cases, we will notify you via email and issue a full refund for any payment received.
2. Pricing & Payment
All product prices displayed on our website are quoted in United States Dollars (USD), which is the sole and unified currency for transactions on younglausmalls. The total amount of your order includes the product price and excludes any additional fees (such as customs duties for international shipments, which shall be borne by you as specified in Section 6).

You agree to provide accurate and valid payment information and authorize us to charge the total order amount using the provided payment method. For custom-made fitness apparel, the shipment time remains within 1-3 working days after the customization production is completed (production progress updates will be sent to you via email).

Delivery time: The estimated delivery time for all orders (regardless of the shipping destination) is 6-12 working days from the date of shipment. The actual delivery time may be slightly extended due to factors such as logistics company efficiency, customs clearance (for international shipments), or local transportation conditions. Once the order is shipped, we will send a shipping notification email containing the logistics tracking number to help you track the delivery status in real time.
4. Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may request a return for any sportswear products (including regular and custom-made items) within 60 days from the date of receiving the package, provided that the following conditions are met:

The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags, labels, and original packaging intact;

For custom-made fitness apparel, returns are only accepted if the product has quality defects (e.g., material does not match the agreed specifications, sewing errors) or fails to meet the confirmed customization requirements. Returns due to personal preference changes are not accepted.

Our team will guide you through the return process and provide the designated return address. Please note that you are responsible for ensuring the safe return of the product; we are not liable for any loss or damage during the return shipping process.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, and the estimated refund processing time is 5-10 working days.
